For systems still within the first 12 months of commissioning we offer free video support calls. After the initial 12 months if you are not signed up on a service plan support calls will be charged at £1 per minute. If you have subscribed to a service plan video support calls are included.

User Maintenance Checklist Quarterly
Maintaining an air source heat pump (ASHP) primarily involves keeping the outdoor unit clear and monitoring system performance
To keep the heat pump running efficiently:
Remove Obstructions: Keep the area around the outdoor unit free of leaves, snow, and debris.
Clean the Unit: Periodically clean the casing, and ensure the rear of the unit is free from dirt or debris.
Monitor Water Pressure: Check that the heating system pressure is at the level recommended (1-2 bar).
Check for Noises/Ice: Listen for unusual noises and watch for excessive ice buildup on the unit, a light frosting is expected in certain weather conditions.
