West Heath School in Sevenoaks undertook a complete refurbishment of its swimming pool area and new Sports Hall. As part of the project, the school aimed to adopt a greener, more sustainable energy source to provide efficient heating and lighting for the facilities.
Solution
EnergyMyWay designed and installed a solar energy system, fitting over 100 solar panels to the roof of the Sports Hall. The system was tailored to meet the high energy demands of the swimming pool and Sports Hall, ensuring a consistent and sustainable energy supply. The panels have performed so effectively that any additional energy generated is diverted to power the wider school site, further enhancing the impact of the installation.
