EnergyMyWay were appointed as the mechanical contractor on this prestigious 1,200sqm new build dwelling in Oxfordshire.

We designed, supplied and installed the heating, plumbing and ventilation systems, as well as a solar PV array on the flat roof. The ground source heat pump was sized to heat the house and the swimming pool, and was coupled to an array of 10no. boreholes. An 11th borehole was drilled to provide fresh water to the house.

Ventilation was provided by 5no. Zehnder Q600 mechanical ventilation with heat recovery units.

We also installed the underfloor heating system, and completed all first and second fix plumbing, including the installation of all the bathroom sanitary ware.
