The government has announced that the minimum Feed-in-tariff rate on solar PV is going to be 21p per KWh. This is fantastic news as it reduces the uncertainty the industry has faced over the past few weeks and it means that home owners and small businesses can enjoy a healthy return of 8-10% on their investment.
