The Renewable Heat Incentive Premium Payment scheme has been extended and the budget increased by £10m.
The full RHI scheme was due to be launched by the government this autumn but has been delayed again so they have decided to extend the RHI Premium Payment scheme. Whilst its disappointing that the scheme originally due to launch last year has still to be finalised one can only hope that they are putting enough thought into it to avoid the debacle of the way they have handled the Feed-in Tariff scheme to date.
