17 new homes in Polzeath will be heated by air source heat pumps provided by EnergyMyWay Devon. Original plans were for LPG but after consulting EnergyMyWay the developers now have confidence in renewables and the first heat pumps will arrive on site soon. Included in our design is the Ecocent hot water system that uses exhaust warm air to heat the hot water. The developer was so impressed with this system that he now has one in his own home.
