DNS Associates, a Harrow based accountancy and investment advisory firm have invested in new energy efficient lighting to reduce their running costs and energy bills. The new lighting system, not only delivers lower electricity costs but also provides better light levels leading to a more enhanced working environment and also significantly reduces maintenance requirements.
Benny Gala, Director of DNS Associates says, ?We were looking for ways to reduce our energy bills and carbon footprint, so we invited local renewable energy company ? EnergyMyWay to help understand and assess our options. We quickly came to the conclusion that changing the lighting system will reap immediate benefits.
The best bit is, under the terms of the scheme, there is no upfront cost as we have utilised a financing option provided by Siemans and the Carbon Trust. The savings expected will be greater than our loan payments, leaving us not only being more energy efficient but also better off financially.
