The Department of Energy and Climate Change have lost their appeal at the Supreme Court regarding their unlawful proposed cuts to the Feed-in Tariffs.
This means that for anyone who had up to a 4kWp Solar PV system installed up to the 3rd March 2012 will receive 43.3p per kWh of electricity produced tax free and index linked for 25 years.
