The Government has confirmed that it will be introducing a range of changes to the FIT Scheme from 1st Aug.
The tariff for a domestic solar array will be 16p per kWh down from 21p, and will be set to decrease every 3 months thereafter, subject to the pace of the market.
EnergyMyWay sees this as good news for the industry as panel prices have dropped significantly and many of our customers will still enjoy a 10% return at the 16p rate. Our advice for anyone considering solar is to arrange a survey now to take advantage of the current 21p rate before the end of July.
