EnergyMyWay Lincolnshire Supports the Sustainability Expo

As part of climate change week Sustain Lincolnshire held a Sustainability Expo. The sustainability expo was a combination of seminars and exhibition where local renewable energy compainies in Lincolnshire where able to showcase their products and services.

Paul-Hudson blog post 28 March 2011The conference was opened by Paul Hudson, climate change correspondent, meteorologist and presenter with BBC Look North. Paul introduced  his perspective on some of the issues and opportunities that a changing climate may present for Lincolnshire?s businesses and stressed that the UK has a lot to do to meet the legally binding EU targets for CO2 reduction.

EnergyMyWay exhibited at the event and talked with local businesses, council representatives and community organisations about the practicalities of installing renewables ranging from biomass boilers, heat pumps as well as solar pv and solar thermal installations.
