Today the court of appeal failed to make a decision on whether the Government acted un-lawfully in the way they handled the proposed cuts to the Feed-in Tariff.
What this means is that it is uncertain whether customers will receive the 21p rate or the 43.3p rate for installations carried out after the 12th December 2011. If the Government loses its appeal the 43.3p rate may still be paid for all installations until a new cut off date.
