38% of potential property purchasers think Solar PV the most desirable extra

Having a Solar PV (Photovoltaic) installation has been listed as the most desirable ?non-essential deal-sealer? for potential property buyers in the UK.

Mortgage company ING Direct recently carried out a survey asking potential property owners what they thought the most desirable property extra was.  The survey revealed that 38% thought a Solar PV installation was the most desirable property extra.
