Return is calculated using combined bill savings and subsidy earnings. Bill savings are calculated using estimated energy usage and either the electricity price at the time of installation (17 June, 2015) or, for our heating products, the existing fuel type available to the property.
Our Client recently took possession of a large domestic property and developed it for multiple lettings. The overall scheme required solar PV to reduce electricity bills and to supplement income.
We designed a system based on Jinko panels with pre-fitted Solar Edge optimisers, which will provide a higher energy yeild over the life of the system, when compared with a traditional string based inverter set up.
