This Victorian property had no obvious South facing roof suitable for Solar PV, however Dr Shelley was keen on the technology and hoped to be able to make a good return from a number of small roof areas that were available.

EnergyMyWay analysed the potential of each roof available and designed a system which utilised three Solar arrays; on the East and West facing roofs of the detached garage, and on a South facing extension roof at the rear of the property.

Dr Shelley is forecast to earn £780 per year for 20 years, all tax-free and index-linked from Feed-in Tariff payments and bill savings.
