Woodcote Park is a stately home owned by the Royal Automobile Club and operating as a country leisure centre for its members. As part of a planned redevelopment, the club was looking to achieve energy savings and carbon reductions using the Feed in Tariff scheme.

As the project was within the curtelidge of estates listed clubhouse, planning approval was required and achieved. To assist this, we selected the more attractive ‘all-black’  Solar PV panels and mounting rails.

With planning permission in place EnergyMyWay installed Hyundai Solar PV panels on the south facing metal roofs of the Cedars Sports fitness centre. Three Power One inverters were mounted externally. The Solar PV array is set to generate £3,900 a year to the club in savings and Feed-in Tariff earnings for 20 years.
