The Berry family were close to retirement and looking to reduce their home’s running costs and to establish a retirement portfolio that would outperform an ISA and deliver a reliable return on their investment.
After approaching a number of energy companies the Berry’s selected EnergyMyWay because of the care they took to explain the costs and benefits of all the different renewable energy solutions on the market.
After a detailed consultation EnergyMyWay recommended and installed fourteen 250W Suntellite Eco Future Solar PV panels. The panels were linked to an iBoost device that diverts unused energy that would otherwise be exported to the national grid back into the house’s immersion heater.
The Suntellite panels were chosen so that the Berry’s can feel secure knowing that their investment is backed up by an excellent warranty and a 25 year, 80% performance guarantee.
The installation will save over £350 a year in energy bills and generate a substantial tax free return over twenty years through the Feed-in Tariff.
