12kWp Solar array at the Lucy’s Eagle Works in the centre of Oxford

  • 28 x 425W solar panels resulting in a 12kWp solar array

  • Generating approx 10,000kWh of solar electricity per year

  • A tight site, on a 4 -storey building in the centre of Oxford, with panels installed on a standing seam roof

Lucy’s Eagle Works, Jericho, Oxford

This site had its challenges. It was in the heart of Jericho, so access, parking and space for scaffolding was limited. The office building was occupied during the installation, so when it came to connecting the system we carried that work out at 6am to ensure the power on site was restored by the time office hours started.

The panels are mounted on a standing seam room, with panels and the mounting system being winched up four storeys.

This was a very satisfying project, completed within a week.

From our initial request, surveys, quotations and installation, Energy MyWay were efficient and courteous at every stage. The installation is working well and everything went according to plan.
