Return is calculated using combined bill savings and subsidy earnings. Bill savings are calculated using estimated energy usage and either the electricity price at the time of installation (17 May, 2014) or, for our heating products, the existing fuel type available to the property.
This homeowner was keen to achieve bill savings and income from the Feed-in Tariff but was unsure about the look of Solar PV on her property. After looking at some of EnergyMyWay’s black panel Solar arrays, she requested black panels as a more aesthetically pleasing alternative.
We installed black Romag panels and a Power One inverter. The customer was very pleased with the outcome and appearance and is now enjoying an annual financial gain of approximately £900 in savings and revenue.
