Return is calculated using combined bill savings and subsidy earnings. Bill savings are calculated using estimated energy usage and either the electricity price at the time of installation (13 July, 2014) or, for our heating products, the existing fuel type available to the property.
This Alms house in Surrey was undergoing a complete modernisation which included an extension. Currently running on electric heating, the property was an obvious choice to benefit from an air source heat pump. EnergyMyWay designed a system that will reduce the heating bills, earn an income from the Renewable Heat Incentive and provide 100% of the heating and hot water requirements.
Following a thorough survey we recommended and installed a Dimplex LA6MI air source heat pump. As part of the project, EnergyMyWay also designed the under floor heating, which was essential for ensuring complete compatibility with the air source heat pump.
